Section 2651.1 - Definitions

(a) Commissioner shall mean the New York State Commissioner of Housing and Community Renewal.

(b) Construction shall mean construction, reconstruction, alteration, addition, conversion or rehabilitation of multiple dwellings.

(c) Division shall mean the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
