Section 2604.3 - Annual reports and audits
(a) Within 75 days after the expiration of each contract, the company shall submit the following annual reports:
(1) An annual financial report comparing the approved budget to actual accrued expenditures on such forms as prescribed by the division. This report may be prepared by the company's fiscal staff, and must be reviewed and signed by the executive director and a member of the board of directors.
(2) An annual program report outlining the accomplishments of the company in the completion of the neighborhood preservation activities on such forms as prescribed by the division. This report must be reviewed by the executive director and the chairman of the board of directors.
(b) Within 90 days after the end of each company's fiscal year, during which neighborhood preservation funds have been received or expended, an annual audit shall be submitted in accordance with the division's accounting manual. This audit must be prepared by an independent certified public accountant.
