Section 2604.1 - Cash drawdown requests and financial reports

(a) Four cash drawdown requests are required each contract year; the first request shall cover the three-month period beginning with the effective date of the contract. All requests and required attachments are due six weeks prior to the beginning of each quarter.

(b) Financial reports providing actual accrued expenses are required for each of the first three quarters, six weeks after the completion of said quarter. Each report shall be cumulative. The annual financial report shall be submitted in lieu of the fourth financial quarterly report.
