Section 2603.3 - Application review

(a) All applications will be given a file number, and logged in with date received, name of applicant, proposed neighborhood of operation and amount of funding requested.

(b) All applicants will be sent an acknowledgment letter containing said file number, which must be used in all future correspondence.

(c) Applications received after the deadline announced in the notice of funding availability will be returned. Incomplete applications will be returned.

(d) All complete applications will be reviewed for compliance with general eligibility provisions of this Chapter and article XVI of the Private Housing Finance Law.
