Section 1810.2 - Payment limitations

Moving expense payments to displacees are limited to:

(a) Residential. Reasonable and necessary moving expenses which exceed the limits provided under federal law or regulation but not in excess of $300.

(b) Commercial. Reasonable and necessary moving expenses which exceed the limits provided under federal law or regulation but not in excess of $25,000; provided, however, that such excess moving expenses are not in any way otherwise reimbursed.
