Section 1727-4.1 - Rent schedules
(a) Rents or carrying charges are determined by reference to rent schedules approved by the division, pursuant to subdivision (c) of this section and the surcharge schedule shown in subdivision (d) of this section.
(b) After ascertaining probable aggregate annual family income, less permissible deductions, reference to these schedules, as applicable, will show rent to be charged.
(c) Rent schedules are prepared by the housing company, subject to division approval, provided that if such approval is not issued within 90 days from submission of all required materials, such schedules shall be deemed approved. Such schedules should provide sufficient income to meet the costs of efficient project operation, including reasonable reserves and debt service.
(d) Unless the division has ordered otherwise, the following schedule shall be used to determine surcharge rentals:
