Section 1647-8.4 - Schedule of replacement reserve transactions

This schedule shall be submitted, in an original and duplicate, with the financial report submitted during the operating period for the last quarter of the fiscal year, ending on March 31. The preparation of this schedule is described on[FN*] section 1647-4.9.
