Section 1647-4.6 - Computation and recording of provision

(a) The provision for replacements is predetermined by Table II of the schedule replacement reserve requirements (see § 1647-4.3, subd. [b]) and no computation is therefore required as in the case of the provisions for vacancy and collection losses and painting and decorating.
