Section 1642-7.2 - Receipt of supplies and equipment

A copy of each receiving and inspection report covering the receipt of supplies and equipment will be forwarded to the accounting section. The receiving and inspection report will indicate whether the items are to be charged to an inventory account or directly to expense. Upon receipt of a receiving and inspection report, it shall be processed in accordance with the instructions contained in subdivision (c) of section 1642-2.4.
