Section 552.5 - Miscellaneous provisions

(a) ITS is responsible for administering this Part. ITS may request and shall receive such assistance and information from State agencies as may be necessary or convenient to properly administer this Part.

(b) Nothing in section 164-d of the Executive Law or this Part shall require that a State agency accept or process application forms submitted through the internet, or post application forms including user-specific data on the internet.
