Section 477.2 - Noncompetitive class

By virtue of the character of their duties and/or the nature of the relationship that they bear to the superintendent, it is impracticable to hold competitive examinations for the following positions that shall be filled after a noncompetitive process, except where in the judgment of the superintendent, qualified members should be assigned to the position of Supervisor of State Police Public Relations, or to the positions of Director of Personnel, Assistant Director of Personnel State Police, Director of State Police Communications, Assistant Director of State Police Communications, and Director of State Police Employee Assistance Program or to the positions in the State Police Laboratory, including the position of Director of State Police Laboratory:

(a) Administrative Aide

(b) Administrative Analyst Trainee

(c) Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

(d) Aircraft Mechanic

(e) Assistant Director of Personnel A

(f) Assistant Director of Personnel State Police

(g) Assistant Director of State Police Communications

(h) Assistant Director of State Police Fiscal Management

(i) Assistant Director State Police Regional Crime Laboratory

(j) Associate Administrative Analyst

(k) Associate Budgeting Analyst

(l) Associate Computer Programmer Analyst

(m) Associate Personnel Administrator

(n) Audiovisual Production Specialist

(o) Automotive Body Mechanic

(p) Automotive Maintenance Inspector

(q) Chief Computer Operator

(r) Chief of Data Processing Services

(s) Clerical Assistant

(t) Computer Programmer Analyst Trainee

(u) Computer Systems Programmer I

(v) Computer Systems Programmer II

(w) Coordinate State Police Laboratory Services

(x) Data Communications Specialist I
