Section 296-2.6 - Personal injury or property damage

If a visitor is injured or their vehicle is damaged in a State operated parking area, they must report the details of the incident on forms available at any parking attendant station, as soon as possible. In the event a parking attendant is not on duty the visitor should contact the State Police or local police agency.
