Those employees enjoying privileges at OGS parking facilities are required to notify the attendant at the facility if extended periods (one month or more) of absence from the facility should occur. In accordance with OGS policy, the employee will be responsible for payment of applicable fees during the first six months of absence, except where it results from approved medical leave. Permits will be held by OGS for up to six additional months at no charge to the employee.
