Section 296-1.4 - Car pools

(a) A permit holder will be permitted to form car pool arrangements at OGS paid parking facilities. A permit holder may register car pools by identifying all the license numbers of pool participants with the Bureau of Parking Services. Only one vehicle will be allowed entrance to the facility on any given day. Entrance will be authorized by the proper display of an OGS parking tag/decal for that facility. Car pool participants must insure that the parking tag/decal is transferred between members' vehicles in order to gain entrance to the facility.

(b) When the permit holder loses parking authorization or no longer requires parking for whatever reason, the permit, which is not transferable by the permit holder, will be cancelled and car pool participants must make other parking arrangements. In addition, the cancelled permit must be returned to the Bureau of Parking Services.
