Section 179-2.4 - Definitions

(a) Good behavior allowances. Discretionary reductions in the term of sentence based upon good behavior and efficient and willing performance of duties assigned or progress and achievement in an assigned treatment program. Also referred to as good time.

(b) Maximum good behavior allowance. The maximum allowance for good behavior may not exceed in the aggregate one third of the term imposed by the court.
