(a) This Part sets forth the information filing requirements, as determined by the board or by the chair as authorized by the board, for major natural gas suppliers and any other entity that the board deems appropriate to collect such information.(b) Information filing requirements under this Part are intended generally to conform to industry practice, which reports demand and supply data on a sendout monthly and yearly basis, beginning on November 1st of one year and ending on October 31st of the following year.(c) Volumes of natural gas should be reported in thousand cubic feet (mcf), million cubic feet (mmcf), or billion cubic feet (bcf), and natural gas usage should be reported in dekatherms (DT), on either an annual or daily basis (e.g., mmcf/day and DT/day) depending on the information request.N.Y.
