(a) The board, or the chair as authorized by the board from time to time may require the submission of such other information as is necessary to carry out the purposes of this Chapter and article 6 of the Energy Law, including but not limited to long-range plans for future operations and a statement of proposed policies, objectives, and strategies for meeting the State's future electricity needs.N.Y.
