Section 96.1 - Duration of permits

The duration of the following permits, effective on and after January 1, 1976, shall be as follows:

(a) Solicitors' permits (including annual temporary solicitors' employment permits), effective for the calendar year 1976, shall expire on December 31, 1976. Thereafter, the term of such permits shall be three calendar years commencing January 1, 1977 and ending December 31, 1979, and every three calendar years thereafter.
(b) Trucking permits shall expire on December 31, 1977. Thereafter, the term of trucking permits shall be three calendar years commencing January 1, 1978 and ending December 31, 1980, and every three calendar years thereafter.
(c) The following permits shall have a duration of three calendar years, the first such period to commence January 1, 1976 and end on December 31, 1978:
