Section 62.1 - Sales at open windows restricted

In premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, no alcoholic beverage shall be kept, sold, served or delivered at any open window, stand or counter facing or abutting on any street, highway or thoroughfare, except as hereinafter provided.
