No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, offered for sale or given away upon any premises licensed to sell at retail during the hours prohibited by law or by rule duly adopted by a local board pursuant to section 43 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law. (See Appendixes B-1 and B-2 of this Title, for county closing hours.)
