Whenever the word licensee or permittee is used herein, unless the context otherwise requires, it shall mean and include an individual licensee or permittee, and each member of a partnership licensee or permittee, and each officer, director and stockholder of a corporate licensee or permittee, and any agent, employee or servant of such licensee or permittee. This provision, however, shall not apply to the conviction of any agent, employee or servant of a licensee or permittee of any of the crimes specified in subdivision (g) of section 53.1 of this Part.
