Section 33.12 - Restrictions on negotiator's permit

(a) A negotiator permittee shall not offer for sale or solicit any order in this State for the sale of any alcoholic beverages.

(b) Samples of the alcoholic beverages manufactured or sold by the principal may not be imported into this State until such permit is obtained.
