Section 31.2 - Doing business with unlicensed solicitors prohibited

No manufacturer or wholesaler shall receive, accept or fill any order for the sale of any alcoholic beverage, which shall have been solicited by a person who is not the holder of a solicitor's permit authorizing the permittee to represent such manufacturer or wholesaler.
