Section 28.2 - Size of containers

(a) No holder of a distributor's alcohol permit shall sell or deliver any alcohol to any holder of an IAP permit in containers different from the size designated in such permit, except by express permission first obtained by the permittee from the State Liquor Authority in writing.

(b) No holder of a distributor's alcohol permit shall sell or deliver any alcohol to any holder of an AP permit in containers larger than five gallons, except by express permission first obtained by the permittee from the State Liquor Authority in writing.
