(a) A record of the number of male and female prisoners detained on a daily basis shall be maintained and shall be kept available at all times for review by commission representatives at the time of an official inspection or as may otherwise be required. A supply of forms (Record of Detentions) which can be utilized for this purpose shall be provided to each lockup upon request to the commission office.(b) On or before the first day of February of each year, the chief administrative officer shall submit a report to the commission of the total number of male and female prisoners detained during the preceding calendar year. The form on which such data are to be reported shall be forwarded at the appropriate time by the commission to each lockup.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7509.1
