(a) All Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) secure facility residents shall be provided uniform access to comprehensive mental health services.(b) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, OCFS shall develop written policies and procedures that govern uniform access and delivery of comprehensive mental health services. Such policies and procedures shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7414.1
