(a) Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, there shall be no fee charged for: (1) inspection of records;(2) search for records; or(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.(b) The fees for copies of records shall be 25 cents per page of record not in excess of 9 inches x14 inches, or the actual cost of reproduction if the page is in excess of 9 inches x 14 inches or is not capable of being photocopied.
