(a) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, prisoners are entitled to present their views to the public through the media.(b) As used in this Part, the term media shall mean any printed or electronic means of conveying information to any portion of the public, and shall include, but is not limited to, newspapers, magazines, books or other publications, and licensed radio and television stations.(c) Media/prisoner interviews in the facility shall be subject to the provisions of Part 7008 of this Title.(d) The chief administrative officer may, in his discretion, restrict or prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices by the media.N.Y.
