WHEREAS, on the twelfth day of September, nineteen hundred seventy-five, at the request of the District Attorney of Suffolk County, Henry F. O'Brien, I made a requirement upon you in relation to Suffolk County, embodied in Executive Order Number 14; and
WHEREAS, on the eleventh day of December, nineteen hundred seventy-five and on the twentieth day of July, nineteen hundred seventy-six, I issued amendments to said requirement, embodied in Executive Orders Numbered 14.1 and 14.2, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Special Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Suffolk County Investigation, Alfred J. Scotti, has reported to me, by letter dated July 27, 1977, that all matters relating to the Suffolk County Investigation have been completed, and that the two Special Grand Juries empaneled for the purposes of that investigation have been discharged, and
WHEREAS, the continuation of said requirement is no longer necessary,
NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby terminate the requirement upon you dated the twelfth day of September, nineteen hundred seventy-five, embodied in Executive Order Number 14, and the amendments to said requirement issued on the eleventh day of December, nineteen hundred seventy-five and the twentieth day of July, nineteen hundred seventy-six, embodied in Executive Orders Numbered 14.1 and 14.2, respectively, effective this date.
