Section 2.10 - Executive Order No. 10: Relating to extended unemployment insurance benefits

I, Malcolm Wilson, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by subdivision six of section 601 of the Labor Law do hereby prolong through April 6, 1975 the period during which the applicability of the provisions of item (ii) of subparagraph (1) of paragraph (b) of subdivision 1 of section 601 of the Labor Law, and of the reference to such item in subparagraph (2) of such paragraph, is suspended, as originally specified in Executive Order Number 3 of February 1, 1974, and as prolonged by Executive Order Number 6 of March 29, 1974, and Executive Order Number 7 of July 1, 1974.
