Section 2204.3 - Partial payments

(a) Where a recipient of any award under this Subchapter withdraws from attendance or reduces his attendance below full-time status before incurring a full tuition liability for that term of attendance, the award to which he was otherwise entitled under this Subchapter may still be made on his behalf based upon the tuition liability actually incurred. In no event shall the award exceed the lesser of the tuition charge actually incurred (including, where applicable, educational fees and room and board) or the maximum amount of award eligibility for that term.

(b) Receipt of any partial payment pursuant to this section shall be counted as payment for a full term of attendance in determining a recipient's future eligibility for an award.
