Section 2002.1 - Definitions

As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless otherwise specified:

(a) Public record shall mean any information, report, file, memoranda or other manual prepared or kept by the corporation which is made available for public inspection and copying by the Freedom of Information Law and is not exempted from disclosure by State or Federal Law.

(b) Records access officer shall be that officer or employee of the corporation, designated by the president, who shall be responsible for the corporation's compliance with the provisions of this Part.
