The fine schedule for parking violations shall be as follows: first offense, $15; second offense, $20; all subsequent violations, $25. All fines for handicapped parking violations shall be $50. Fines are to be paid at the student accounts within 10 days. Grades and transcripts shall be withheld until all fines are paid. Fines shall be deposited in the State University income fund.
