Section 563.5 - Types of parking violations

(a) Parking without a valid college permit.

(b) Parking in an unauthorized space or lot.

(c) Parking which interferes with the use of a fire hydrant, fire access lane or other emergency zone.

(d) Parking which blocks any other vehicle.

(e) Parking which interferes with the free and proper use of a roadway, driveway or entrance to a parking lot.

(f) Parking in a metered parking space after the meter has expired.

(g) Parking in a service driveway or service area to include blocking a dumpster.

(h) Parking on a grassy area.

(i) Blocking or interfering with the proper use of a crosswalk or sidewalk.

(j) Parking where signs or road markings prohibit parking.

(k) Parking in handicap parking space without the proper pass.

(l) Parking in a visitor space without the proper pass.

(m) Parking in a reserved area without the proper pass.

(n) Overnight parking in an unauthorized parking lot.

(o) Permit not properly displayed.

(p) Parking in any area not specifically designated as a parking lot or space on college premises.

(q) Parking in violation of temporary instructions during a declared snow emergency.
