The university police department may authorize the towing away or immobilizing of vehicles parked in violation of the rules and regulations of the college. Any expense involved in removal or immobilization of vehicles, such as towing and storage charges, will be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. Fines for intra-campus tow violations will be in addition to fines for violations issued for no parking 1am-6am when the vehicle must be moved for the purpose of snow removal.
