In compliance with section 6450 of the Education Law, the rules of the board of trustees for the maintenance of public order, as contained in Part 535 of this Title, shall apply to all students who are not enrolled as cadets, faculty staff, visitors and other persons whether or not they are authorized to be present on the college grounds, buildings, training vessel or any area assigned to the Maritime College that is used in teaching, research, professional training, administration, recreation, athletics or student services and activities.
