Accumulation of sick leave credits pursuant to sections 337.7 and 337.8 of this Part shall not exceed 225 days; provided, however, in the case of part-time employees who accrue sick leave on a pro rata basis, the maximum accumulation shall also be determined on a pro rata basis.
