Section 167.5 - Conduct of institution

(a) Institutions shall provide the same instruction, materials and resources to all students or groups of students in like circumstances.

(b) Program operation, documentation, reporting, teacher qualifications and staff development activities shall be appropriate to the services being provided and subject to the approval of the commissioner.
