Section 145-9.1 - General provisions

The following provisions of Subparts 145-1 and 145-2 of this Part shall apply to the scholarships for academic excellence program: section 145-1.3(residence), section 145-1.9 (leaves of absence), section 145-2.1 (full-time and part-time study and remedial workload), section 145-2.2 (program pursuit and academic progress), section 145-2.3 (approved programs for general and academic performance awards), section 145-2.4 (matriculated status), section 145-2.5 (in-state study), section 145-2.6 (theological study), section 145-2.7 (five-year programs), section 145-2.8 (noninstructional external degree programs), and section 145-2.9 (accelerated study).
