Section 140.4 - Supervision and employment of teachers

County vocational education and extension boards may employ only full-time qualified teachers for educational services for day pupils. Provision must also be made for adequate supervision of instruction by designating a staff member or a superintendent of schools within the county to serve as a supervisor.
