Section 140.2 - Annual report of services

On or before June 30th of each school year each county vocational education and extension board shall file with the Commissioner of Education a report covering the educational services rendered during the school year, such report to include:

(a) a financial report on forms to be provided by the commissioner; and

(b) a descriptive summary of the educational services rendered, including pupil attendance in each class, educational services rendered, records of surveys made, needs of the program with reference to adequate teaching facilities, transportation, additional services, financial resources and the like.
