Section 111.6 - Tuition and waiver of tuition
(a) The rate of tuition for each school shall be determined as follows. The amount of State funds specifically provided for the operation of each school shall be subtracted from the total actual costs of the operation for such school. The difference shall then be divided by the total number of students in the school.
(b) Waivers of tuition may be awarded by the executive director with the approval of the advisory council on the basis of need from State monies specifically allocated to each school for tuition waivers. The amount of tuition waiver for each student shall be determined by committees convened by the executive director with the approval of the advisory council. The executive director may require such information as is necessary to make a determination of need.
