Section 56.2 - Responsibility for compliance

Compliance with the requirements of article 7-A of the Education Law and of this Part shall be the responsibility of the sponsor. A sponsor which delegates specific responsibilities to the test publisher or another agent shall so advise the department in writing within 15 days after making such delegation.
