Section 25.2 - AppearancesThe commissioner shall advise the applicant whether or not the requested opportunity to be heard is granted.
(a) If the request is granted, the applicant shall be advised as to the time and place at which to appear, and the length of time to be allowed for his appearance. The applicant shall file a written text of his remarks with the Commissioner of Education at the time of his appearance.(b) If the request is not granted, the application may submit a written text of his remarks to the commissioner by mail.N.Y.
