Section 645-4.16 - Consistency with other laws

Nothing herein is intended to limit the rights of any party in an enforcement proceeding pursuant to the ECL. The statutory provisions of the ECL and the State Administrative Procedure Act shall control over an inconsistent provision in this Subpart.
