Section 484.5 - Exemption from fees for unused permits

Any person receiving a waste transporter permit that cannot be utilized as issued, through no fault of the permittee, shall not be held liable for the resulting regulatory fee, provided that the permittee submits documentation to the department that the permit cannot be utilized.
