Section 375-4.1 - Purpose; applicability

This Subpart applies to the development and implementation of remedial programs for environmental restoration projects pursuant to ECL 56-0501 et seq. This Subpart addresses requirements in addition to those requirements identified in Subpart 375-1 of this Part.
