Section 367.13 - Exemptions
This Part does not apply to:
(a) beverage containers which are manufactured, bottled, canned, filled or packaged in this State, and which are sold outside of this State; or(b) beverages in beverage containers which are sold or distributed to consumers aboard aircraft.
