Section 324.1 - Definitions

(a) 2,4-D means 2,4 Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.

(b) 2,4-5-T means 2,4-5 Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid.

(c) MCP means 2 Methyl, 4 Chlorophenoxyacetic acid.

(d) Grape vineyard means lands upon which grapevines are maintained and harvested for profit.

(e) Person means any person, copartnership, firm or corporation.
