Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 175 of this Title, the application for incidental take permits and related matters including: departmental action on permit applications; public notice and comment procedures; final decisions on applications; renewals, modifications, suspensions or revocations of incidental take permits by the department; and special provisions relating to incidental take permits shall utilize the procedures found in Part 621 of this Title (Uniform Procedures). Copies of forms and regulations referred to in this Part are available from the department's regional permit administrators at the locations listed in section 621.19 of this Title and on the department's internet site.
